Taking Care of Baby Chicks at Home eLearning Course

Problem Addressed:

I created this project for a farm store Well that sells hundreds of baby chicks every spring to customers raising them as backyard pets and egg layers. Despite the store's current efforts to teach customers the special care that baby chicks need, chicks inevitably die every year, which can lead to upset customers who can be frustrated at the store and want their money back. 

The farm store needed an easily accessible resource to give customers the tools, skills, and knowledge that they need to properly care for their new baby chicks. This eLearning course created with Articulate Rise 360 helps to lower chick mortality rates and raise customer satisfaction in their purchase.
