I'm an instructional designer, eLearning developer, and learning strategist with dynamic experience designing, developing, and facilitating fun, engaging, and learner-centered solutions for diverse adult audiences. I am trained and practiced in thinking outside the box to come up with effective and engaging learning solutions and strategies to workplace performance gaps.

Enable state highway maintenance workers to correctly identify and report invasive weeds while on duty?
I created a mobile-compatible eLearning game to help learners discover and retain details of plant characteristics, along with a reference job aid of how to report.
Increase employee satisfaction and retention through welcoming and inclusive onboarding?
I built a blended microlearning experience based on company needs to start employees off on the right foot- giving them a welcoming and connected experience while not overwhelming them with information.
Teach customer service and cashiering skills to employees who have never worked before?
I created a cashier simulation that slowly offered learners opportunities to learn more features and gain more skills. I blended this with on-the-job learning opportunities and practice.
Address long term lack of diversity and representation in leadership?
I worked with company leaders to build a strategy map of targeted development opportunities, experiential stretch assignments, networking and mentorship opportunities, and leveraged skill-building sessions based on feedback about roadblocks from junior members of the team.
